Q1: What's your product range?
A1:Two Part: Aluminum foil die cut lids- Mainly for plastic cups & containers seals (PP/PS/PET/PVC/PE cups &containers ) And Aluminum foil roll.
Q2: Are you a manufacturer or trading Company?
A2: We are a manufacturer and have right to import and export.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A3: Depends on size, normally no less than 100,000PCS.
Q4:What about the production capacity ?
A4: We have 2 production lines, 2 sets printing machines and 7 sets splitting machines For example,Diameter is 68mm,we can produce more than 100,0000pcs. Annual Production Capacity: 500 million pcs per year.
Q5:Regarding to printing plate cost, do I need to pay every time or just once ?
A5: Only Once. As long as you won't change the artwork next time . If your orders reach to certain quantities, we will return back to you.
Q6:What about the delivery time ?
A6 : Generally 3-5 days for non-printing samples. Lead time of mass production 7-14 days up to your quantity while competitors need 14- 21days.
Q7:What's the payment terms you could accept ?
A7 :T/T ,CAD, D/P, Western Union , L/C
Q8: How many colors you could Print usually?
A8:Normally up to 8 colors.
Q9:Any certificate you could provide ?
A9:Yes, all our products and raw material passed SGS test with FDA criterion .
Q10:Do you inspect the finished Products ?
A10: Yes, each step of production and finished Products will be inspected by QC Department before shipment.
